Dr. Kaiser walks a great balance of offering advice and feedback based not on what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. He speaks the truth and is honest. I have noticed a significant change in my own personal awareness and capabilities since meeting with him regularly.

Class act
No-nonsense demeanor, precision analysis. Exhibits great deal of discernment, perception, acumen without hiding behind pop-psychology. Doesn't tend to be ambiguous or hesitant to make a call.
