If this is the same David Kaplan who performs C&P exams for the VA, he displays contempt toward veterans who have selflessly served their country. Just because your job is to examine and not treat, doesn't mean you surrender your Hippocratic oath and display a complete lack of understanding, sensitivity and compassion for the person in front of you. Apparently he has been at the job too long.
