I am a patient with upper respiratory conditions. Dr. Williams is the first ENT doctor I have ever gone to and I must say he will be the only ENT doctor unless he or I move out of the area. He and his staff has always been courteous to and patient with me. He always takes the time to explain what is happening, what the diagnosis is and the treatment to be used and has always been on point.
