I think Dr Pearlman is one of the best Doctors I have ever known, and I have known and hated doctors all my life. He has always been professional, flexible with scheduling, generous with his time and always incredibly insightful. He has this ability to cut through the chaos and right to the hidden issue(s). He is also demanding. He does want you to participate in the journalism and other activities. I think if you let me help you, he will.
