I called for an appointment because of being in a car accident the lady immediately went into how they do not accept 3rd party insurance and I would have to pay. This was before even asking my name, if she had she would realize that I WAS a patient and had personal health insurance that I would have used for this appointment. But her demeanor upset me so I hung up and will NOT be using this doctor's office EVER again.
