I was expecting to be treated like cattle being led in one at a time with 15 minutes of the doctor's time like I'd been experiencing at all the other pain management clinics I'd gone to in the last 3 years.
How pleasantly surprised I was from the front desk girl to the scheduling department including the no nonsense Doctor visit which was plenty of time, too the point, and just the right amount of compassion.
I've had so many bad experiences that this was a breath of fresh air.
