gives inappropriate referrals to specialists, so I wasted months getting the help I needed. doesn't discuss symptoms...just reads off the test ranges and wouldn't explain what they meant when I asked. Acts friendly, but seem fake. Takes weeks to get an appointment. Vague when asked a direct question.
