Dr. Terri Tamase, MD

I'm a service-connected DAV living in Middletown, Rhode Island. After a number of years living here I finally requested the VA for me to be seen by a Primary Care physician at the VA Clinic in Middletown since I live in Middletown. The Providence VA finally gave me an appointment to see Dr. Terri Tamase for an initial check-up or examination.
