Excellent results
I have been going to Dr. Spiegel for a number of years and have always been pleased with his treatments. I initially went to him for lower back problems that I did not want to be treated with pain killers, injections or surgery. I wanted an different approach. Dr. Spiegel used his skill to manipulate my spine and after a number of sessions I was with out pain. He has used acupuncture on both shoulders with similar excellent results.

Consistently good outcome
I periodically have intense back pain. Three times now over the years he has gotten me to be pain free. And has treated my migraines along the way. Great experience. Great diagnostician.

Superlative
I came to Dr. Spiegel for chronic pain associated with a failed spinal fusion, herniated disc, and nerve compression. I had been taking pain medication consistently for over eight years. It seemed that I would never be free of this cycle.
However, Dr. Spiegel has taken me from unbearable pain taking daily medication, to being medication free and having tolerable pain using acupuncture.

PRP works and . . .
I had PRP in my knee almost 3 years ago! Still have no knee pain.
Came in to talk about continuing perineural injections for neuropathy. Dr. Spiegel did not push continuing - advised waiting to learn more about stem cell.
He is so honest and caring and only wants to do what's best for you!

Patient, caring doctor
Dr. Spiegel is unique - he spent a great deal of time with me to look at everything going on and how it is interrelated and connected. Very different from my experience with other doctors who are in and out in 10 minutes and only treat the symptom rather than the source of the problem.

Not sure how different he is from a physical therapist
I've gone to Osteopaths and physical therapists before and Dr. Spiegel's style seems to resemble physical therapy more than osteopathy, but he's a pretty good physical therapist if that's what you're looking for

my favorite physician
Dr. Spiegel has enabled me to manage my chronic pain and other musculoskeletal issues for over a decade, and has been able to mitigate severe episodes most of the time. His manner is warm and engaging, giving the level of detail desired by the patient (I ask a lot of questions) without being condescending or dismissive. He treats the patient as a partner in resolving one's issues, and genuinely cares about each person and his/her ailments. Dr S stays on top of current knowledge and treatments, and is open to non-allopathic remedies while maintaining healthy skepticism about unproven/unstudied claims. His staff is friendly, competent, and efficient, which is not always the case in medical practices. I'm not generally effusive or uncritical, but I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Spiegel!

The most helpful care I have ever received
After three years of finding no relief for shoulder and hip pain, I came to see Dr. Spiegel. His intake consultation was extensive and wholistic. Dr. Speigel's hands on muscular manipulations have made a huge difference in helping to alleviate the pain and enabling me to sleep. I would highly recommend Dr. Speigel to anyone. He listens, provides clear explanations, spends quality time with his patients and his diagnosis and hands on skills are superb.

I have come several times to Dr. Spiegal with so much pain. Several times without almost been carried. He always make it much better and I walk out of the office. Also he has never refused to take me in and always make time. Which I appreciate with my crazy schedule.

He has keen instincts!
I was amazed to find after receiving the results of my Genomix and Spectracell testing that many of the areas Dr. Spiegel predicted my body had deficiencies in were right there in the lab results. He pointed out things about my neuromuscular disease that no other doctor had mentioned before. He connects the dots in a way that is far unlike your average physician. The supplements recommended by Dr. Spiegel have helped me greatly. I'm so pleased I found him.

Excellent Physiatrist
My experience with Dr. Spiegel has been nothing short of amazing. I decided to see him for a second opinion after being misdiagnosed by a surgeon and it was the best decision I've ever made. He's great at what he does and has helped my pain level decrease tremendously. He's a great listener and truly cares about his patients well being. I highly recommend him! His staff is also very polite and helpful.

Dr. Spiegel offers thorough, cutting edge, patient-centered care. In addition to his expertise in Physical Medicine & Rehab (PM&R), he also kind, has a great "chair-side" manner and is able to think both in and out of the box. Highly recommend Dr. Speigel!!!

Hopeful About Improved Health

A very dedicated and caring physician willing to think outside the box.
Dr. Speigle makes a true effort to help his patients improve their overall health. Only drawback is a lot of what he does is not covered by traditional insurance. Making it hard to continue with some of his prescribed therapies. If you've tried everything else and gotten no answers it would certainly be worth giving him a chance to succeed where others have failed.

Great resource!
I had hip degeneration. Dr. S gave me A2M and placental injection. At 7 weeks, able to walk better and less pain. Hope for more improvement in the next month.

Caring and thoughtful care
Dr. Spiegel spent alot of time upfront understanding all the in's and out's of my complaint and prior care, and as a result of careful listening and good questioning, was able to identify the source of my problems as my ankle, rather than my foot or hip as other doctors had surmised. He took the next step of confirming his suspicion through an MRI, which at the time I thought might be overkill, but in fact yielded very useful information that Dr. Siegel used to guide my treatment. He takes a conservative approach, always suggesting the least invasive and costly procedure first. He is very open to questions, and never makes you feel like he is rushed or doesn't have time for you. I felt like he engaged me as an intelligent partner in the decision-making, which I appreciated.

He has saved my life a number of times. Meaning he has been able reduce the pain, numbness and tingling in my face, neck and spine.
He is so dedicated to his patients. You feel as though you are his only patient as he spends as much time that is needed to ensure my understanding of my problems and treatment. He is very progressive in his treatments. The state of the art- up to date and very progressive in his care and treatment. I thank Dr Spiegel for giving me an improved quality of life. I thank his staff as well. They are very professional, kind and caring. He has a great team.

FABULOUS experience, as always!
Dr. Spiegel has, most recently, been treating my tennis elbow but he is knowledgeable about almost every medical issue I have had through the years. He's the best - our entire family sees him and agrees!
