I had a total hip replacement in Dec 2010 and feel like a new person. Dr Parker and his staff were professional at all times and discussed all of my concerns immediately. El Camino Hospital was awesome too! I would highly recommend Dr Parker for hip replacement. As for the previous reviewer, I disagree. He doesn't cottle his patients and is 'to the point'. He doesn't waste time and doesn't appear to like 'small talk'. He is a busy person. Have a list ready and he will be more than happy ...

shows no interest in patient
if you are not an american, dont try him. not patient-friendly and behaves like a racist.
doesnot remember patient history despite reading profile. shows no concern in solving the problem.
