Dr. Jaime Robledo, MD

The office staff is incompetent; they don't even know how to charge/not charge for office visit. We had met our out of pocket deductible and no longer had an office visit, yet the front desk staff always want to collect $$. As for Dr. Robledo, if you get to see him, he will help you and treat you appropriately. I just wish he could get better employees for his office. He deserves more competent help.

I would never recommend this doctor. His office staff are absolutely incompetent. They lost my paperwork from my first time in the office and can not locate it. It took a month to actually get seen by the doctor, after many rescheduling calls. I had to wait over an hour to be brought to the back to be seen. I have been seeing Dr. Robledo for almost a year and I am very pleased with him and his staff. This doctor is sincere about helping me with my pain and I respect that. I only wish that I had found this doctor sooner.

I have been with Dr. Jaime D Robledo for at least 3 months and I have had the best service and care that any doctor or staff has given me. He has explain to me my problems and the procedures, he makes me comfortable, and I always leave happy from his office,because he always has a solution for my pain. I will recommend him to everyone because he is the nicest, most caring and professional person I've had met. Staff members are always smiling and making you comfortable and welcomed.

His office staff has poor office etiquette, they rarely return calls and you have to call them back 3-4 times and leave numerous messages to get any information from them or to just set an appointment. The doctor was even 2.5-3 hours late for my procedure, the surgery center nurses were even upset.
