1st visit had me waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for annual check-up to schedule routine colonoscopy for family history.
2nd visit took me back to get me prepped for surgery and left me sitting from 10 am to 1:30 (3 1/2 HOURS) with an IV in my arm until they fi ally got to me.
