Wonderful
Dr. Booth is not the first pain specialist I have been to but he is by far the most caring and helpful. No one else I have seen had even thought of doing injections beyond just talking. Not only has Dr. Booth done them on my back but i didn't have to do anything to get it done. No paperwork or dealing with the insurance. He is always kind and professional. And I would recommend him and Elite to anyone who needs help.

Sensational Doctor
At just the right time, God orchestrated us to be referred to Dr. Booth. My husband & I are so fortunate to have a listening & caring Doctor. He is helping me be able to function in all aspects of my life the way I want to, instead of having to settle for a more sedate lifestyle. When there is very little pain or no pain, I can make a contribution to life while I am here on this earth.

Treated as an individual
I was very happy to be referred to Dr. Booth upon my move to Oklahoma 2 years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to make sure you understand, and is able to do a variety of procedures in office. He and all his staff are kind, respectful and treat me as an individual. My experience has been so good that my husband has also chosen to be a patient of Dr. Booth's. We are senior, and much appreciate that as human beings with many years of experience, our knowledge of ourselves and what we know about our bodies is also taken into consideration. The one thing I would suggest: Staff wear name tags or have their names embroidered on their scrubs! We do not see their names in print each time we come in, and feel a little foolish asking each time! And that isn't just because we are senior, just good to be reminded.

I am completely pain free.
Dr. Booth listened and told me all of my options for treatment. I appreciated that he started with the least invasive then when needed he gave me the option of another treatment that worked perfectly. For the first time in 20 years I am completely pain free.

A great knowledgeable physician!
I highly recommend Dr. Booth and his staff at Elite pain and health for pain management. He offers all aspects of pain management as well as regenerative options, and is truly patient focused. I had been advised to have hip replacement surgery and chose instead to have regenerative medicine done in the hip joint by Dr. Booth, which I had done in December 2018. It has been two months and I am not having pain, can walk better, and all swelling has gone from my leg. Dr. Booth offered me the best option for my condition and could not be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Booth!
