I got in quickly after my son sustained an injury across his nose, mouth and chin. The office was clean, well-decorated to be friendly for children and the staff was very kind. Dr. Utsey herself was cold and uncaring. She couldn't talk to or reassure my frightened son, and finally got frustrated and walked out of the office without a word. We only went once, and won't be back. I've never seen a pediatrician with a worse bedside manner.
