Dr. Katherine Boyd, DO

I arrived 35 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed by the staff to be placed in a room for over 60 minutes. I did not meet the physician and her staff never came to update me on the status of what time I would be seen. After waiting 60 minutes in the room, I left and will not be returning.

I completely and utterly agree with the previous recommendation. They ran ridiculous tests and misdiagnosed me while never even telling me what was really going on.

I will never use this office again. They run unnecessary tests without disclosing the reasons to their patients nor disclosing their uncoverability by the insurance company.
