My experience was beyond exemplary
I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Bruce Chau and his team. I live in central New York and Dr. Chau was referred to me as an exceptional surgeon. From my initial zoom assessment to pre-op and post-op care, all of my expectations were met.
Dr. Chau set clear expectations for my breast reduction surgery, before, during and after surgery. His staff was supportive and helpful with billing clarification and in providing employment and insurance documentary support. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Dr.Chau is such a wondrful doctor who my wife and I met
August,2021. We did a theory research regarding his practices and founded exactly what we were both looking for also expected such as satisfactorily ended results. Barring his excellent & final
results he administered also executed by Dr.Chau. In addition, he reshaped my wife by making her looking so amazing, she fitted
a dress that could not wear over eight years, she went from a 2x to a large. He also take time to explain what is to be expected including surgery process and procedures. And of such we both highly without any hesitation recommended Dr Bruce Chau for all types of plastic surgeries perform and needed. with all the above mention we sincerely wishes Dr Chau the best in his continual services. Far surpassed my expectations from a surgeon
He is the most friendly, kind and personable doctor I've ever met! He is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise and everything he suggested for me was exact and perfect! I feel like he's years ahead of his competition and will continue to be because of his passion for his job! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Chau!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chau for my breast augmentation surgery.
Dr. Chau was extremely thorough in our initial consultation. He was very informative when discussing the options for breast augmentation and his experience with the procedure. He was very interested in my input and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions we were making together. The surgery itself went great and I am very happy with the results!

I was taken care of very well.
My experience with Dr. Chau was wonderful. He fully evaluated my needs and took good care of me before and after my rhinoplasty. He explained every thing he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable with my procedure. He made me feel more confident and excited about my procedure. All my friends and family asked for who my surgeon was and they want to get procedures done with him. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Chau. What you dream of getting done, he will make it into reality.

Wonderful experience
It is obvious that Dr. Chau cares about his patients. He spent as much time with me as I needed and did not rush through our appointments. He did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty/septoplasty and gave me the exact results I wanted. I would recommend Dr. Chau to anyone looking to get these procedures done. One method to another.
My original implants used were "textured" implant under my muscle which was done by a previous surgeon. Unfortunately, I was having issues with them and sought Dr. Chau advise after reading all the reviews from previous patients.. My original implants were under my muscle, which overtime, the implants are supposed to relax/settle, but never did and left me with pain.Dr. Chau method-under the fascia,but above the muscle. After having both, this method leaves my breast looking/feeling natural.

Awesome and very skilled man
Dr. Chau did tummy tucks for my entire family (four of us), I am still please with my results after 10 years. I am not going in to have liposuction and know that this procedure will be great like the other. Jawana Edwards

Absolutely Extraordinary
Dr. Chau provided a very thorough consultation, including diagrams and pictures. He even repeated it for my husband on a separate day. He was very informative about my surgical journey and helped to set realistic goals, which were met. I am beyond thrilled at my results. The office staff is super friendly and amazing. Finally a doctor who listens and cares.
From the very first visit with Dr.Chau, I came to him with complications as a bariatic patient, such as painful blotting, hernias, trouble eating and going to the bathroom on a daily basis. Dr.Chau listened to me and took me seriously where other doctors had not and decided to do surgery on my stomach. Since my surgery I can now eat and keep my food down, use the bathroom and pass gas all on my own. Thank You!!

Dr. Bruce Chau is great! In my opinion he is one of the best plastic surgeons in the field. He has been a very caring and professional doctor from the moment i met him for my very first visit. my surgery was performed successfully and my aftercare was well delivered personally by him. Dr. Chau is an artist!
From my first meeting with Dr. Chau, I have had nothing but respect and admiration for him and his professionalism. He always treats me as one of his most important patients (even though I'm just one of the many), and he always spends a lot of time fully explaining everything to me. I never feel he is rushed. He takes the time to know me as a person and make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what is being done. The work he has done is akin to a body artist.

mentally life saving
i was depressed about my breast after breast cancer surgery for over 10 years. i had continous problems. i then decided on a new doctor and i was referred to doctor Bruce Chau and i have been completely and absolutely happy with his service, i am no longer ashamed nor depressed about my breast anymore. I wish i had known of him sooner and i highly recommend him for he is caring and considerate, i truly wish i had him from the beginning

Amazing experience, wonderful results.
Dr. Chau and his staff sat with me for 2 hours on my first visit free of charge to go over all the ins and outs of the procedure. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. On surgery day Dr. Chau came in to talk to my and reassure me. The surgery went well and I am so happy with my results and its been 3 years since my procedure. I will always recommend him to everyone who is looking for a great doctor who always made me feel like a friend rather than just another paying patient.

life changing breast reduction
From first meeting Dr. Chau he was understanding and made me trust his ability to perform my surgery. He is kind and welcoming.
My neck and shoulder pain ( previous herniated c6c7) went from a 8 to a occasional 1 . I was in excruciating pain from my breasts pressing down on my shoulders and neck. My shoulder area would get so inflamed I couldn't move it for days.
I run again with a much smaller bra and no shoulder pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Chau.

Brilliant, skillfull and very talented surgeon along with the most amazing staff!!
I cannot begin to express my thanks and gratitude for being a part of my cancer journey. Dr. Chau spent a lot of time discussing my options and everything involved for my breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. What a difference he has made in my life. He and his entire staff have been kind and empathetic and truly care. Not only did he do a great job, I look better than ever and for the 1st time, feel confident in my own skin. He is knowledgeable, honest, caring and funny! Highly recommend!

Amazing surgeon!
I have never been to another surgeon who had spent so much time with me going over surgical techniques that would be best in my situation for my breast implant revision. He would take his time answering all of my questions and concerns in all of my consultation appointments. He would explain to me not only what would work best for me me, but why it would be best or why something would not work for me at all. He was very up front and honest. I should have come to him from the get go!

Best Rhinoplasty and septoplasty experience
I was in a terrible car accident when I was younger, which over time caused breathing problems due to excessive scar tissue, broken nose, deviated septum, as well as a scar revision close to my lip. I looked for quite some time on google and found Dr. Chau. He went above and beyond to listen to my issues and took the time to explain everything. Dr. Chau is amazing kind hearted person with awesome skills and I love the results...I can finally breath and my nose looks amazing as well as my lip.

All around nice doctor
My first encounter with Dr. Chau was when my mom and aunt had breast cancer. He took very good care of them. I went to him for a consultation about breast reduction. He made me feel very comfortable and he has a great sense of humor. So I am definitely going to have him take care of me.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
I am more than impressed with Dr. Chau. I have had in total 4 surgeries on my breast. Finally, they were done right! He takes the time to listen and takes the time to do it right!!! From the office visit to pre-op when he was doing measurements, I knew I was in good hands. A doctor that truly takes pride in his work and will take as long as it takes to do it right. He is truly amazing and fixed errors that other doctors made. I only wish I had come to him first! He is the BEST!

This is one of the best top surgeons
Dr. Chau has administered a breast reduction on me and I appreciate the results. I feel he is doing an excellent job on this surgery and another surgery he performed on me which was the adominoplasty and hernia. He takes his time and he has a photogenetic brain. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a well honest and a well dedicated plastic surgeon.

Staff is very friendly, efficient and also comforting when I was dealing with my breast cancer surgery and recovery. Dr. Chau is not only my surgeon, but someone that gives that time and effort to ensure I am feeling ok and truly cares. I am currently in the breast reconstruction process and have no doubt my final results will be amazing. I am so happy to have Dr. Chau as my plastic surgeon.

My breast reduction surgery was a life changer!
Dr. Chau and his office staff were amazing through the whole process. Breast reduction surgery with Dr Chau immediately improved my life. Prior to my reduction, I had been in physical therapy for years due to back and neck pain from my large breasts. I am currently 3 weeks post surgery and my neck and back pain has completely resolved. Post surgical pain was minimal and the best part of all? There are not any visible scars! Dr Chau and his office made the whole process so easy!
