Dr. Aleda Longwell, MD

I had the worst experience with any doctor. Five times I called the office to have the prescription sent to a pharmacy, they did not do it.That started 10 days ago. Still no prescription. Every time I call again, they say Dr. Jacobs is in the other office, is not available, or they probably just forgot to ask. Either she doesn't care about the patient or/and her office. Either way do not waste your time with this provider.

I had an extremely positive experience with this office and with my new dermatologist, Dr. Aleda Jacobs. The office staff was able to get me in without much of a wait for a worsening skin condition, and luckily I was paired up with a great new doctor in their practice who was accepting new patients. She was knowledgeable, honest and knew exactly what I had. She did a thorough examination and reassured me that I did not have skin cancer, and gave me several samples for my other condition AND d...
