Dr. Jeremy Thomas

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas on Friday and let me say, I was very impressed. Unlike other doctors, I was escorted to the waiting room within minutes. Dr. Thomas listened to my concerns and went over the procedure he was going to perform that day and went into detail a long term plan for my foot. He accepted my insurance and I made an appointment for my husband on the way out of the office (he's a runner and has ankle issues). I am thoroughly impressed with the care I was given and the professional demeanor of his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone.

This office is wonderful! It started at the front office when the kind young lady helped me fill out my forms. She acted as if it were no problem at all. Secondly Dr. Thomas came to the waiting room and called me back himself. How many doctors do you know that will do that? The finally I did not understand my insurance and I was referred to the kind lady in the billing department. She explained my insurance so I could understand it. My husband was diagnosed with cancer the day before my 3rd appointment with the doctor. My intent was to keep the 9AM appointment until I got up that day and reality set in. I called the office around 8:15 to cancel and I explained my predicament. The receptionist offered regrets. Very easy to get an appointment. Dr. Thomas took one look at my foot, and told me what we needed to do, and the next day it was 100% better. Amazing how fast he told me what was wrong with my foot. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, he comes to the waiting area, and takes you back to the exam room himself....pretty impressive.

Dr. Thomas is the best podiatrist that I have been to! He knows his stuff and works hard with you to help resolve whatever issue you may be having. He gives you all the information that you will need to make an informed decision-the good, the bad and the ugly-with honesty and care. I went in with extreme foot pain and now, only a couple of months later, I am completely pain free. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are great! I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and didn't have to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and the fish are neat. He is an extraordinary doctor who really knows he stuff. To be one of his patients is an honor. He truly cares and is helpful in making sure that you are completely informed of your issue. And it doesn't hurt that he is CUTE too!
