the first time i meet dr eli-phillips i was very impressed. He care all about his patients. he is very compassion and caring. He spent time talking and explaining things to me. Most OBGYN i had seen in the past were snobbish and condesending but it wasn't so with dr Phillips. I felt very comfortable with him. I wasn't rushed. he is a very good doctor.
