I saw Dr. Brinkley once, and he spent an inordinate amount of time trying to convince me I was bipolar. I've been to MHP before, and this is furthest from the truth. He was recommended by a sleep doctor to treat my clinical depression. He does not bill any 2nd party and tells you he will provide a bill for you to submit, but he never would. He also started me on 2 different medications and then left the state. I had a reaction to them and was unable to contact him in a timely fashion. He has no staff, nor a partner. You call his number and leave a message and hope he contacts you. He didn't share this with me during my consultation. I tapered myself off the medications and informed the referring doctor of my experience.
