She was rude and straight to business. She was not friendly and disregarded all of my concerns. I would not recommend her to anyone. You doctor should put at least a little effort into making you feel comfortable and answering your questions and concerns. Do not go to her. This was my first and last time making an appointment with Dr. Susan liu.
