Dr. Omar tries very hard along with his excellent staff to help with my acute pain from Migraine Headaches and lower back pain.

Medical care excellent, follow up and response to phone calls very poor.
Dr Henriquez appears to be an excellent doctor. Follow up care was one visit with his nurse, who is also very competent. My complaints are that phone calls are rarely answered and in my case never returned (four calls, zero returned). I am not qualified to judge accuracy of diagnosis

Very impressed with Dr.Henriquez.He treated me in the past.
Finding this office has been an answer to prayer. Another office tried two procedures that were not helpful at all. I knew Dr. Henriquez would be diligent in finding an answer to my condition.

Great Doctor
I have several bulging discs with one pinching a nerve plus severe arhritis issues. Dr. Henriquez showed me a cat scan of my spine and discussed the treatment. several injections later I am pain free and taking better care of myself since I can do exercises pain free and lose weight. I know it won't forever but I finally have my life back. Thank you

Dr. Henriquez gave me my health and independence back!
I was suffering terribly from lower back and foot and heel pain to the point that I could not function well and was losing my independence.
With kindness, patience and a gentle respectful "bedside manner", Dr. Henriquez diagnosed and treated me and within a few weeks I was able to manage on my own which has resulted in a hopeful outlook and renewed energy to care for myself. God bless Dr. Henriquez, he has been a blessing in my life.

chronic back pain
worked hard to get me out of pain. doctor did different procedures to accomplish a satisfied result. going to do some physical therapy so as to continue pain improvement. Doctor Omar Henriquez has a wonderful and caring staff of employees. Everyone is so nice and professional mannerism. I am so satisfied with Family Spine and Pain Care Institute. I would recommend highly for treatment.

DR.Henriquez explained why I have thepain & what could be done. His explanations were very clear & the shots I received have helped me greatly. I would reccomend the Dr. to anyone who has peristant pain.

most caring, understanding doctor
Dr. H has treated me for back and leg pain. With meds and back procedures he has kept me on my feet. The entire office is caring and you are made to feel like you are home, one big happy family. I would highly reccommend Dr. H for all your painful needs!!!

After one injection absolutely no more low back pain!!
My experience with Dr. Henriquez couldn't have been better. He gave me an accurate diagnosis of my low back pain which I had been suffering for over a year. I had done chiropractic and physical therapy for over a year with no improvement. After one epidural injection my back pain is 100% gone!!
Office is clean and staff is friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr. Henriquez.

spinal stenosis that he made my extreme pain much better as I was typing this note

Awesome Doctor!
Dr. Henriquez was extremely patient and thorough in caring for my mom after a compression fracture in her spine. He was able to help her get relief from the pain after suffering for over 1.5 years. So very thankful for his knowledge and expertise combined with patience and compassion - winning combo!

I was in excruciating pain due to lower back pain. Within hours of an epidural injection administered by Dr H, I noticed improvement. I am now exercising 6 days a week.
Prior to moving to Venice I was worked up for lower back pain. Everything was difficult and unpleasant: the parking, the impersonal attitude of everyone at the office and the waiting to see the doctor. I appreciate the easy parking, and very personal care at Dr H's office. Staff is friendly and courteous.
As if back pain were contagious, my husband began with sciatic pain one month ago with marked worsening 2 days ago. Dr H gave him an immediate appointment, answers all questions patiently, and set out a treatment plan.

I feel awesome!
Dr. H is the best. I have had fibromyalgia for 10 years and have accepted the fact I will be in pain the rest of my life. I have hope now. I now know I won't be. Dr. H performed 2 procedures and I have over an 80% improvement in pain. I can move around so much better and I have a smile on my face that my husband hasn't seen in a very long time. Thank you to Dr. H and his staff, who are absolutely wonderful.

Look no further!
After 40 years of pain and countless doctors, I met Dr. Henriquez. He diagnosed me during the first visit, explained the problem thoroughly, sent me for an MRI to confirm, and at the next visit, he had me virtually pain free. My pain pills went from 6 per day to 1 every two or three days. Now I drive from Marco Island to Venice, in order to continue treatment with him. He has been a miracle in my life, and I highly recommend that you see him, and receive the same miracle

From the first to the third visit he was amazing. What I love the most about him, he's not about taking pill, he

Without a doubt my most pleasant informative experience with a physician.
Dr. Henriquez is extremely patient and was excellent at fully explaining any and all issues related to my medical problem. He followed up asking if I had questions, which/ he fully answered. I honestly have never felt more informed from any visit that I have had with a physician. My appointment with this doctor was the most pleasant, informative, and productive one that I have ever had.

First Visit - Exceeded Expectations
Dr. Henriquez was very kind and spent a long time explaining his procedure in detail. What he would be doing and what the results should be. The information was very informative and definitely makes a difference moving forward with the treatments.
The office is clean and neat and the staff are kind and polite......all of the above make for an overall good experience.

Dr.Henriquez and his Medical assistant are very friendly and knowledgeable
Dr.Henriquez sits and talks with me and listens to me gives me the time and showed me my MRI's and educated me regarding what the MRI's are showing. His Medical Assistant is so cheerful and friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. Great Place Highly Recommend.

The whole team was positive and helpful. The waiting area was relaxing and comfortable. The front desk person was pleasant and funny too. The nurse that took care of us really cared. The whole team was outstanding. We trust him, and that means a lot.

Pleasantly surprised
Doctor Herriquez was great, he took the time to explain things to me and go over all treatment options. I have never had a Doctor who took as much time to go over things and really try and help get me out of pain.
