I came in to see Dr. Monroy for a follow-up after having a hypertensive emergency, that ended up in a emergency room visit to Davis Hospital, two days earlier.
She was very empathetic about my situation, and showed genuine concern and care about me.
She also told me that she values her patients opinions and takes them into consideration when prescribing and diagnosing their problems.
Overall:
Very sympathetic, genuine concern, listens to her patients, makes sure that her patients understand everything that is going to be done for them concerning their overall health.
