Dr Alocozy is a good doctor with an excellent bedside manner, gentleness, caring, warm, and patience. He treats elderly people who have dementia, stroke and other diseases with respect and dignity. He is overloaded with patients so it is hard to get an appointment right away. The downside is his office manager, Mary. She can be nice but mostly she is mean, angry, dismissive, bullying, and disrespectful. A negative experience with Mary makes me feel bad for days. Avoid her if you can.
