Dr. Joan Devine, DO

Dr. Keegan is an excellent Ob-Gyn. She is kind, caring, thoughtful and comprehensive in her practices. I think she is an outstanding physician who pays attention to detail and makes thorough and informed decisions.She builds confidence and trust in her relationships with patients. In difficult situations she is decisive, accurate in her diagnosis while displaying compassion towards the needs of the new mom and her baby.

Joan attended my delivery. She documented key information about my baby incorrectly.. The information was needed to for baby's follow up which was not done because of HER. Keep your baby safe and stay away from this woman who does not deserve a medical license.
