Dr. Jaime Gonzales is by far the very worst doctor that I have ran across in my 40 years. He is arrogant, conceded, a narcissist with a HUGE ego and he did not even pretend to care about me as a patient, let alone the welfare of his Practice or the Kaiser brand that he represents. This is not someone you want for a doctor. He is always late for his appointments and seems to take pride in that. We had a first appointment of the day with him and he was still an hour late.
