I switched to Dr. Silva after having a bad experience with another KP doc. The difference was startling - Dr. Silva is attentive, spends time evaluating you, and gives you time to ask questions too. She sometimes runs late, but is good at taking walk-ins without an appt. if there is time to fit you in. Also, she's very good at sending you to the less busy pharmacy so you can get your meds faster. Highly recommend.
