I had a deep tissue wound on my heel. Dr Shagas is an experienced and skilled surgeon who did the debriding which was appropriate for my injury. It's upsetting but it must be done for the wound to heal. He offered correct treatment and advice. When I was well enough to travel to my home state, I went to a wound care specialist where I was treated and they agreed with Dr Shagas 's treatment in every aspect. I had a serious injury and Dr Shagas treated it as such. I am grateful for his treament.
