WOW what a great first experience with the Kaiser group. I'm used to paper work at every location, no one takes notes, less then clean facilities, referrals to other locations that would've taken weeks and unknown costs.
Also love that everyone seemed to be concerned with healthy living i.e. do you smoke, do you exercise, do you eat right, etc... Which is what the general public desperately needs!
Expectations way surpassed!
