Dr. Fleming is very professional: knowledgable, thorough, a gifted surgeon. She is very sensitive to patient needs and takes a great deal of time with each. She is excellent at explaining procedures and disease process in layman's terms and allows plenty of time for questions. I have been nothing but impressed with all aspects of my office visits, surgery results, etc!!
