Prompt, Considerate and Professional Care
Dr Hertig is not reading my charts and lab results upon walking into the exam room. She comes to the appointment totally prepared and ready to discuss diagnosis, solutions and next steps. She is efficient and through.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hertzig for about six years; she’s unfailingly prompt, caring and willing to spend time listening to concerns. I’ve never felt rushed due to her caseload, which is rare these days. She’s skilled at her work, as anyone could ascertain from her CV.

Great doctor, highly recommended
Dr. Hertzig is a great doctor, she listens carefully, asks questions to make sure she has a full understanding and then makes great recommendations. She is always thinking about overall health and how it can be improved and not just the individual issue I come to see her about. Highly recommended.

While it took 4 months to see Dr. Hertzig she seems to do everything g right.
My appt with KCUC was canceled 4 times, 2x on the day of the appt. I was told I would be called back to make soonest appt. available. I was never called. When I called the next appt was a month away. I started working on an appt. in December 2020 and finally had an appt. June 22, 2021. On June 22nd, a bladder tumor, probably malignant was found. I wonder how much smaller the tumor would have been had my original appt, had not been canceled.
