Excellent experience with Dr. Paul Gigante
Dr. Paul Gigante is a genius, a very professional doctor. He knows what he does, never offers his patients a procedure that is not required and always looking for innovative ways in surgery. His team of the best possible assistants helps him from during out-patient visits to most difficult surgeries. They are very attentive to their patients, answer all questions and always keep in touch in preparation to the procedure and as long as required after it too. I would highly recommend Dr. Gigante if you need a neurosurgeon

Dr. Gigante and his medical team worked in concert, to ensure an exceptional surgical experience for our entire family.
Not only is Dr. Gigante a highly skilled neurosurgeon - He is also a caring and compassionate human being. As our family made significant medical decisions, we felt that we were making them in partnership with Dr. Gigante and his care team. He took the time to explain the medical circumstances, the options that were available to us, and what would transpire next as we made each decision. He & his entire team are knowledgeable, approachable, and highly collaborative. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding & exceptional.

Fully trusted Dr. Gigante. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Dr. Gigante was extremely knowledgeable always professional ready to answer all my questions. I have neurological issues & he worked with my neurologist to calm me. I fully trusted Dr. Gigante & I highly recommend him. I worked with any doctors in the past and he was a recommendation from another doctor And I feel blessed to have found him. I was very nervous before my surgery & thought about putting it off something that would’ve not been a good idea in my condition . I reached out to him and he, himself not a staff member called me back within the same day. This is rare these days, I fully trusted him his staff and the surgery went great. I had a concern after the surgery again he was easy to reach and got me and the following day to look at what I was concerned about I highly recommend him..

Pain is gone
I was very nervous when getting prepared to have the surgery but after talking to doctor he allowed me to be comfortable and allow me not to be nervously & explained step by step what to expect, post surgery recovery I'm doing fine on my road to recovery

My experience was extremely positive and resolved my issues.
Dr. Gigante is very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and explained my medical issue clearly and understandably. He is a talented doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions. My surgery went seamlessly and my recuperation is going extremely well thanks to his guidance.

From the initial consultation through the surgery prep then the surgery Dr Gigante and the entire team were professional, caring knowledgeable and kind. Every form, question and request was handled promptly and considerately.
The surgery was a complete success and once I woke up after the procedure 20 years of headaches were gone. The recovery was not as difficult as I thought it would be especially with the support I received from the team.

The best experience I’ve had with a physician
I came away with a feeling of confidence in the Dr and the decision to have my back surgery. I woke up pain free from the legs to ankle and a week later post op I have very little discomfort at surgery site in back. Totally pleased

He listens to my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand. I never feel rushed. He takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel comfortable with moving forward with my surgery. He did a fusion on my l5 s1 last year. I had great success and my pain is gone. I felt like he gave me my life back. Unfortunately I have issues with my neck now but I did not hesitate at the thought of having surgery on my neck. I have complete confidence in Dr. Gigante.

I Highly recommend Dr. Gigante
Dr. Gigante took the time to explain in detail my mother’s condition. He made sure all my questions were answered and showed to be very interested in finding the best course of action for my mother. He is very easy to talk to and we did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Gigante. He is a great doctor.

Going into the first appointment I knew he came recommended by a few of my patients. The consultation was well worth my time and money. He explained my options clearly,
Made informed recommendations and let me guide how quickly I wanted to move forward.
When surgery was indicated and I wanted a second opinion for confirmation , he didn’t hesitate to offer colleagues he was familiar with. I chose to use him because he came recommended, explained the science and research behind the possible interventions and potential surgical complications well enough for me to understand.
On the day of the surgery he met with me before the procedure and reviewed what was going to occur again. After the surgery he checked on me in the recovery area to see how I was holding up.
All the Office staff is superb as well. A+

Care, attentiveness, skill, dedication
Dr Gigante as well as the entire staff were absolutely fantastic. From administration to Marissa who organized everything and Robert who coordinated with my job. Fred the PA stayed on top of everything and answered every question I threw out there. Dr G was amazing. The results are nothing short of amazing. He gave me a detailed explanation of the diagnosis, prepped me mentally before surgery, explained the results to my wife and me post op and followed up prior to my hospital discharge. I could not have found a more dedicated, talented, and caring team. Thank you all.

Dr Gigante is a wonderful, caring doctor !
Dr Gigante diagnosed the problem in my back, explained my options, and performed surgery I am pain free! He is one of the most caring and attentive doctors I have experienced in my life. I would recommend him 100%. His whole staff could not be nicer and more helpful through every aspect of this ordeal. Thank you to Dr. Gigante and his entire staff!
