First time visit was very pleasant and quick. The office staff was very nice to talk to and friendly. Dr. Trautman listened to why I had scheduled the visit and took care of the potential problems immediately. He explained each procedure before he proceeded and was comforting throughout the process. There were no long wait or delay in his actions.
