Have had nothing but fantastic treatment with Dr. Ricks and staff. Dr Ricks is patient and answers all my questions thoroughly. The nurses are kind and friendly as are the office staff. I have had a problem with my insurance card every visit and they have been incredible at speaking with insurance company to help straighten out the problem. Never more have he to wait over 10 minutes in waiting room before being taken in.
