It's a shame that the wait time has consistantly been 1.5 hours or more, the office staff does not return calls, or can handle changing an appointment correctly. I have been seeing Dr. Armstrong for over two years now and the level of professionalism is just so substandard that I am going to leave. Time and time again they don't follow through on the simplest things. The office visits are way overscheduled and waiting for two hours is the norm. Do not go to this Doctor! Look at all the reviews through GOOGLE. You will wait 1 to 2 hours EVERYTIME you visit. The Staff is VERY unprofessional and DO NOT CARE. They think that you are a BIG JOKE and do not have any compassion. Forget about getting your prescriptions called in or faxed...they WILL NOT do it until you call them atleast 4 times...and even then you are lucky if they do it.
