The only problem I have is the failure to communicate between the front desk and the finacial department.Being on a fixed encome I have a set payment with the finacial department yet the front desk has know idea about this and I am treated like a dead beat every time I go there.I am asked for some type of payment yet I have already made it and I am never late.
