The office staff at Lancaster Breast Associates is stupendous, particularly Heather (the receptionist) and Susan (the nurse). Susan, especially, is unbelievably good at her job, and did a great deal to make me feel comfortable after finding out how terrified I was of doctors in general due to childhood experiences.
