Dr. Utrie does not like new patients, especially if they have poor insurance (Medicare, Medicaid) He is rude, verbally abusive and egotistical. He did not help this patient, gave no diagnosis, no future appointments are to be made, no treatment offered for pain. Dr. Utrie's staff will make you jump through hoops just to get to see him.
