After 8 years with this doctor, I had an incident with my 15 month old that required his immediate attention, especially after her being under his care for a week. He refused to see her because they were under staffed, however, not one single patient came in the whole hour I was there and not to mention that there was no one in the waiting room. My daughter was extremely sick to the point that I called another pediatrician who told me to bring her in due to her condition. She is now much better. We will never use this doctor again. I thought he truly cared for children, especially after 8 years but when there was a TRUE emergency, he wasn't available. Thank God for the other pediatrician who saw her immediately.
