PBOI Doctors, Nurses, Assistants and staff are consistently the best.
Having been a patient of PBOI's various Doctors for various body part reasons since 2001, and they have taken care of my parents, I can sincerely state that I highly recommend the group and trust them with my life.
They run a highly effective and efficient organization at all levels.
They will always be my Go-To Orthopedic care center, and for special call, out...Dr. Gary Wexler and Dr. Michael Leighton provide top-quality expert care not only for the typical ortho issues, but also even when faced with flukish events, such as antibiotic resistant Staph infections, requiring special consult with local CDC Disease Control Specialists.
PBOI also has (or had) convenient, efficient, top-notch Physical Therapy and Surgical departments.
You cannot go wrong seeking medical care from Palm Beach Orthopedics Institute.
They are practically a one-stop-shop for orthopedic and related issues.

My first broken bone
I was really afraid, I didn't know what to expect. Dr Wexler and the staff were great.. My wait to be seen was short, maybe 10 min. The problem and what I needed to do to promote healing was explained to me very clearly. I was impressed with the whole experience and highly recommend PBOI.

Best of the best anywhere
Both knees bad, meniscus repair on both - awesome; followup regularly for injections. Team is awesome also. I am very picky, and came from Chicago where I had access to three of the top hospitals and orthopedics in the country. This practice excels.

Ok - no real explanation and didn’t fully listen
Great office - lovely ladies.
I’ve had shoulder pain from car accident for 14 months. I’ve taken meds, tried physical therapy and told Dr W that but he just told me I have inflammation - which I knew!!! Then left the room and ladies eventually called to me that I was done snd gave me a script fir physical therapy. I’m frustrated as I’m paying fir visits and feel like I’m just going round and round in circles. I’ve been to PT and no improvement!!!!
