I started seeing Dr. Geisse when he was working at Hudson Memorial in NY. The worst thing about being an addict or in recovery, is the stigma that goes along with it. I’ve seen many doctors, & I’ll never forget the way I was treated once they realized I was an addict in recovery. I was looked down on, mistrusted & treated like a criminal. Dr. Geisse treats his patients with respect & understanding. He has never made me feel like a horrible person, he’s easy to talk to, and is always encouraging.
