After 2 prior visits with long wait time (over an hour) and little information (staff ignored questions), I went in for an ongoing migraine. Standard treatment is in-office injection to treat the pain and nausea. I was refused care and instructed to go to the ER because I "might need tests." There was no further explanation. It is illegal in CA to refuse care outright, and the doctor did not even speak to me personally, she had a staffer inform me that she would not see me. I will never go back.
