I appreciated Dr. Burnett's bedside manner through out my entire visit. She make the process as comfortable as it can get given the personal matter of my visit. She explained every step of the procedure and I felt confident and prepared of the expectations. And I appreciated that she was the one greeting me in the waiting area when it was time for my procedure.
