I was really late and tech still took me in and was very nice. This is a wonderful facility.

Everything was perfect! I arrived at the office 15 minutes early as requested to update paperwork. I sat and waited for no more than 5 minutes and was called back before my appointment time. The tech was so friendly and explained everything as we went along. I couldn't have asked for a smoother and more pleasant experience!

It was a good experience as I was anxious to have the test due to some issues with claustraphobia. Technicians were clear and reassuring and provided me with a mask for my eyes as I left mine home. The only thing I would add is I would have liked to been told how long the procedure would last.

After a fantastic experience over the phone booking my appointment, this morning was even better! The staff at the front desk were courteous, helpful and extremely upbeat. When I was escorted back by Maria, I was shown into a cozy changing room complete with a locker for my belongings and plenty of reading material. The best part? A comfy full length bath robe that was still warm with that "just out of the dryer" feeling! The waiting vestibule was decorated with pretty chairs and throw pillows and ensured the utmost privacy. Maria was absolutely wonderful, explaining the entire process and putting my mind at ease. Whereas my last mammogram was a bit painful and the provider rushed me through the process, Maria was gentle and extremely kind. We even engaged in small talk that deepened my comfort level. After the procedure, Maria explained what would happen next and even escorted me back to the changing room. Great job! Keep up the awesome work!
