    Dr. Mannino grew up in New Orleans. His dermatology journey began with a master’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a medical degree from Louisiana State University. After medical school, he joined the U.S. Navy where he completed an internal medicine internship and a dermatology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Between the two, Dr. Mannino served as the general medical officer on board the U.S.S. Dubuque (LPD-8). He continued his service as a Navy physician on Guam before moving to Portland in 2012.

    Outside of work, Dr. Mannino enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog. Some of his favorite activities are traveling, running, reading, enjoying good food, and hiking.
