Dr. Kwon is very professional and courteous. She listens attentively providing excellent feedback. She understands pain from the patient's perspective. I have been her patient for 3 years now and am completely satisfied wither her diagnosis and knowledge of appropriate treatment. The only negative point I can say is that the Office agents make you hold on the phone up to 4 hours just to schedule an appointment or relay a message to Dr. Kwon. I wish they had a better system of communication.
