When I called I had to leave a message which was immediately returned. As a new patient I was able to get an appointment next day. The nurse is very thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Tantchou spent around 35 minutes with me going over all my questions. She listened and heard what I was saying. She has since diagnosed my problems that 3 other doctors have missed.
