You get good care here but the office staff is weak. The office is often behind schedule. I had an 8:15AM appt. the other day and had scheduled another appointment in Naples at 10:30 AM. I thought I would have plenty of time. By 9AM my name still hadn't been called so I had to reschedule. 45 minutes behind schedule at that time of day! Unfortunately, long waits are the norm.
