The wait time is ridiculous with little to no entertainment for the kids as they wait in the lobby or rooms. It's not worth your time. I waited for way over one hour for a regular scheduled check up. The office staff couldn't locate my son's shot records. The doctor and staff seem to be just checking boxes and not caring about these kids. My suggestion, find a different doctor.
