Highly recommend.
I have seen Dr. Horner for 5 years and couldn't ask for anything more from a primary care provider. He's direct, but not condescending. I have a complex medical history and naturally, we have had differing viewpoints at times. But he always listens to my concerns. I never felt rushed or like I needed to convince him to care, he just does. And he's smart. Was able to remember things, connect symptoms, etc. He knows his stuff but stays humble enough to know when he needs to defer to a specialist.
